Night will close us down
And change the view
And I'll promise you what I can

Getting laid this week is gonna be as easy as trick-or-treating: Knock once, hold out your goodie bag, and watch the booty come to you. But remember, if you're going to take candy from strangers, make sure it's wrapped.
smiles are made by accolades that don't belong to me.

I felt rather inspired today.
I broke out my art supplies and made an "cut and paste" entry.
It looks fab.
I wish I could attack all other aspects of my life w/ such vigor.

deliberating on the name of a future blog
its amazing at how many names scream for suggestion.
mostly from songs.
what a beautifully dangerous ride.
what a beautiful day we could hardly complain about what's going on in the sky.
beautiful collision by bic runga
Listening to Bic Runga is the best thing I could do for myself.
Besides, "Counting the Days" has been repeat in my cerebral radio station.
So very Extraordinary.
I'm no longer sick. At least I'm hoping I'm not.
I got class today in three hours. Bummer yet again.
I'm ready at least thats what I think.
The last few days have been all about getting reacquainted.
With good food: Olive Garden's Chicken Marsala is worth every bite.
I had it for about three days.
Interesting. My ex roommate came by to visit and he gave me those yummy chocolate
mushrooms from Japan.
Chatted w/ Paul . . . about the weather.
The days will get better . . . if not worse.
I guess if Life hands you a lemon you throw it back and ask for something else. But lemonade'll do good too.

Its 3 am and I'm still not sleepy.
I've been working hard you know w/ this sleep thing.
I haven't slept good since last week.
It must be this cold.
It has to be the cold.
Miserable.
that's how I feel.
but not as Miserable as yesterday.
Aw yesterday.
Who would've thought today would be different.
but the goshawful Nyquil helped out in its Original-flavored way.
that plus I had wonderfully warm tea to help me along.
I love that tea: chamomile and spearmint.
ahh..

I'm afraid I'll never look at teddy bears the same... again... ever.

Friday Five (from two weeks ago)
1. What are your favorite ways to relax and unwind? hanging out with friends, cooking, reading a book, shopping, and watching a really good movie.
2. What do you do the moment you get home from work/school/errands? I usually turn on the tv and see what's on--basically nothing!
3. What are your favorite aromatherapeutic smells? eucalyptus is the best. I like my Vick's vapor rub.
4. Do you feel more relaxed with a group of friends or hanging out by yourself? It really depends. There are some days that I feel like being around people and there are others when I feel like being by myself is the best thing.
5. What is something that you feel is relaxing but most people don't? cooking. Its a lot of work, but I find it to be the best distraction.

rainy day
Two days ago my roomie and I ventured out of the house and into a full blown storm. Full blown as in: tornado warnings on tv. It was kinda scary out, and it was quite wet. We were supposed to meet up with Kap, Len, and Jeff to eat at Bravo-- an Italian restaurant. That was thwarted--they told us to wait two hours! Any ways, we went to a steakhouse instead. It wasn't the best of nights. We had to wait a good hour for our food. New waitress. But all was well at the end.
Yesterday was all about shopping. I exercised self-control while Sue (my roomie) went on a little shopping spree. My plain jane self didn't stand a chance against the young-blooded college girls. boo-hoo. But I did end up with some bubble tea-- red apple cider and cantaloupe. Yum yum. Don't you envy me? The night wasn't done yet. We settled at Jeff's place-- monopoly and leftovers from Apple Jade's.

ADD
I changed seats yesterday- an obvious tactic to avoid being called on in class. I felt relieved. Alas! a safe zone. Little did I know that the person seated next to me had ADD. Not medically speaking, of course. But he couldn't sit still in class. . . granted it was a bit boring, but goodness, he had colored his flow chart in fluorescent orange and blue. Then he couldn't stop drumming his pen on the desk. Worse part was that the person sitting next to me couldn't keep his hands off of his styrofoam cup. He kept trying to close the plastic lid on it. So yeah yesterday was a bit noisy for me. But knowing me I can't give up the safe zone for a bunch of noisemakers. But we'll just have to see.
Speaking of ADD, I was watching Charlie's Angels-- the series-- today, but I didn't follow it through. It was a good episode. One line though stuck in my head: "he had one perverted sense of dramatics"
let's all go to the cinema
I took a walk with the intent to borrow me a video--Amelie. I postponed not seeing that movie long enough. I didn't get to borrow it, that being I was riding on tonight's CSI to be a good one. And what do you know, it has to deal with a trial enough.
Anyways, I really wanted to watch some movie. I'll get that chance next Friday w/ the Knockaround Guys. Gee, ever since I've watched Snatch, I have this massive attraction to gangs. That plus, Vin Diesel sweetens the pot. An all together sweet-ass movie to watch.

some "asse"
my goodness, there was a vh1 special on just the booty. Geez.
but it did make me want to think of my own booty. rather the buttom.
I think I got great buttom, and I'm glad other people think so too.

Last Week's Horoscope:
"Birds are singing, the sun is shining. Everything's coming up roses. Love is in the air. Happy days are here again. So don't fuck things up."
Well, don't I wish last week's horoscope was applicable.
binging and purging
no relevance to any eating disorder.
but I have been eating a great deal of vanilla ice cream. no regrets with that. additionally, I've been Mrs. Butterworth's best friend a lot lately, seeing how I eat pancakes almost every other day.
secretary
supposedly this is about a secretary who has a penchant for spanking. quite possibly on both the giving and receiving ends.
I'd sure like to watch this one.
tonight tonight
despite having my craving for coffee dashed last night, I eventually got some last night at the good ol' Starbucks. GRANDE COCONUT CREME please. *wink wink* There were other stops that night too: UrbanOutfitters, Gap, B&N, and CD Warehouse. Oh, and I got me some udon from good old USB: only this time it needed a lot more help tastewise.
f*ckin posers
N.E.R.D. rocks!
"You can't be me I'm a rockstar!"
